Here at CEWE, we like to think of ourselves as being in ‘the smile business’. When our customers buy a photo book from us, they’re doing more than simply purchasing a product: they’re trusting us with something really special – their memories. As a CEWE employee, you’ll be part of an important journey. Whatever area of the business you work in, you’ll be part of a team that turns customers’ precious memories into beautiful products that they will cherish and enjoy for years to come.
“Our people are highly motivated and energetic and share our company’s passion for making more out of our customers’ cherished photos. We reward creativity and delivering excellent results in a fast changing environment and our people love that!
Here at CEWE we firmly believe that our people are the reason behind our success and we aim to create an environment in which individuals are able to contribute their ideas and work cross-functionally. Not only does this allow us to achieve our business objectives, but it enables our employees to expand their horizons and gain valuable skills and experience outside of their core business areas.
In the UK, we employ around 75 members of staff in a wide range of production and office-based roles – from ecommerce, sales and marketing experts, to customer support staff, back office staff and machine operatives. I always think that what really brings us together are our values. At the core of our culture is a deep commitment to trusting each other, going the extra mile for our customers and delivering products of the very, very highest quality.”
